HOW IT WORKS
Dr. Durr uses advanced 3D imaging to plan for accurate, efficient and minimally invasive implant placement. A 3D X-ray gives him a detailed look at the anatomy of your mouth, including your nerves, jawbone and sinuses. He identifies the ideal locations for implant placement—targeting the areas of densest jawbone—and simulates the procedure in advance using specialized 3D software.
On the day of the procedure, you can choose between oral sedation for a relaxing experience or general anesthesia for full unconsiousness.
If you have remaining teeth, Dr. Durr will carefully extract them at this time. He will place your dental implants—typically, only four are needed to secure a full set of all upper or lower teeth—and attach your custom temporary teeth for an immediately aesthetic smile.
After a few months, once the implants have fully integrated with your jawbone, Dr. Durr will replace your temporary teeth with exceptionally beautiful and durable permanent teeth. The final teeth are made of strong and natural-looking zirconia, and they look, feel and function just like real teeth.
